Shipping Information:
The following are the rates for UK Mainland only:
- up to 1 Kg £4.95 (CAMs, cards, LNB's, etc.)
- 1.1-10 Kg £8.95 (Receivers, motors and small dishes)
- 11 Kg+ £14.95 (larger dishes, systems, etc)
The shipping charge is non-refundable. In most cases, shipments will occur within 24 hours after your agreement forms are received to us. Ground shipping generally takes between 3-5 business days from shipment date depending on where you live.
Return Policy
If you ever need to return a product, simply call us and we will set up a return or exchange. You must be sent back the item(s) in original packaging and include all parts in new condition. Refunds are given within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Please call for further details. Item(s) not in compliance with the return policy are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
